Perfectly Appointed Home

We traveled to NY just for the Eclipse. I was expecting a large and beautiful home. I was pleasanlty surprised by how well the owners planned for our stay to be comfortable. The Kitchen!! It is my dream kitchen. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare a meal for a family of 10 plus. There was even an indoor s'mores maker. The living room has ample seating and a rug so soft and comfortable that many of us sat on the floor around the coffee table to play Cards Against Humanity (also supplied in the home). We were able to experience the eclipse from the upper balcony with the double sided fireplace to keep us warm. There was a surpluss of towels, linens, pillows, soaps, shampoos, contditioners, etc. The hot tub was absolutely perfect, and also has a double sided fireplace for ambiance and warmth. I feel like this home has a perfect combination of homey comfort and luxury. The owners were quick to respond and very nice. If I ever visit Ellicottville again I would want to stay here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home for our vacation.

Beautiful place!

My friends and I often use Vrbo and have visited ellicottville multiple times. We unanimously voted this was the best property we have ever stayed at - everything was perfect. Cleanliness, quality of everything available in the home, proximity to the town. Would highly recommend and hope to go back in the future!

Wonderful place!

So glad I switched … I originally had booked another place When I saw this one I immediately switched! So glad I did because it’s beautiful, clean, roomy yet cozy! If you ever go to ellicottville NY you must stay here! And bring friends with you because there is plenty of room!
