Enjoy a short 10-minute walk to Holiday Valley, where you can take advantage of the pools & golf in the summer or hit the slopes for skiing & snowboarding in the winter. Free shuttle service is available during the winter months providing convenient access to Holiday Valley.

This inviting home features a convenient first-floor entry. On the first floor, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a fully remodeled bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Wonderful property!

Our family had such a comfortable stay. Close to skiing and a short drive to the adorable town of Ellicottville’s shops and restaurants.Communication with the owner of this property was easy, very responsive. The beds, and linens were comfy, and the unit was clean and cozy. Maintenance did a great job of keeping the walkways and steps cleared of snow and ice. We will rent again!

Great Space

My friends and I enjoyed being able to spread out in this 3 bedroom condo. As someone else had commented, there are a lot of stairs so be prepared. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. We had a great stay.

Great Location!

The property was even nicer in person than the photos. The unit was clean and cozy and the hosts were responsive and helpful regarding any direct communication. The location was perfect for our family as we have season’s passes for Holiday Valley and it was just a short drive to the lifts but also close to town and shops/restaurants. We will definitely try to book again!

Great weekend trip location

Very nice property, close to Ellicottville town center, which was great since we had our race there. Plenty of room for all of us. The house is very quick in responding to any questions, would stay here again.
