Great location in downtown Ellicottville, easy check-in and great communication from the owners. The condo has most necessities for a comfortable stay and was clean. Unfortunately, we could hear everything from the street, from people walking by to cars and trucks passing and the lights through the curtains made it hard to rest. The beds were not comfortable with very worn pillows. The toilet flush was really loud. They only have wire hangers which made it challenging to hang heavy ski gear up to dry.

Beautiful Fall getaway! Brought an out of state friend and we both enjoyed the town and surrounding area very much. Condo was convenient to shopping, foods and entertainment, very comfortable and clean. Great communication with our host. Wonderful place to stay! Very close to all ski areas as well if you come in the winter. Highly recommend!

Very nice and centrally located right on Main Street so everything is within walking distance! The only thing I didn’t like was no outdoor space. It’s only available to condo owners. That’s my own fault though. Also. Lots of noise from traffic and garbage came by very early in the morning.

Awesome place right in town

My wife and I went there for a weekend and we just loved the place. Right in town. It’s nice that you have your own parking spot. We didn’t use our car all weekend. We walked everywhere. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our weekend.

Location location location!

The location was perfect for us! The unit is cozy and nicely appointed. Located in a unique historic building with everything you need for a fun ski getaway! Holimont and Holiday Valley are minutes away. Town has a great vibe with excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Walked everywhere! Noise level was expected and acceptable. Hosts were thoughtful and communicative. There were 3 adult family members in our party. Would stay again!

Fun Ski retreat

We came to Ellicottville for a couple days of skiing and relaxation. The condo was nice and the location was really great, right in town and close to Holiday valley. We did find that the condo was a bit difficult to get into with 4 locked doors to get through. Overall, it seemed a bit smaller than what the photos showed and the lobby area in the building which they show in the pictures is off limits to guests. Our biggest complaint would be the kitchen, there was hardly any silverware and the pans were terrible. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. I will say, the beds were very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay. Our family highly recommends this property. Location is superb. No need to get back in the car to do anything after a day of skiing- food, shopping, entertainment all right within the block after the family gets ready which is extremely convenient. We were in E-ville during a particularly cold stretch and the girls stayed plenty warm and cozy all night. Host has all proper pre-arrival info and communicates quickly and professionally with questions. The building has great historical value- pretty interesting to see. You should check it out.

Cute little town

The condo was right in the middle of the Main Street in Ellicotville. Very loud but that is to be expected. The condo was solid. Some confusion with the instructions-the side door code did not work to get into the building but that code did work on the front door. Little things were missing from the condo that could have made it even better (similar to other rentals we have had)-no Kcups for the coffee pot, dish washer did not work (no pods for the dishwasher even if it did work), no welcome card or snacks, only one nightstand in the bedroom we used, no instructions for the TV.

Love this place & location

The owners were so responsive, especially when we had to change dates due to weather and work travel. We love staying downtown where you can walk to restaurants and shops, but are still a quick drive to the hill. It also was icing on the cake that the ski conditions were phenomenal!

Gorgeous Autumn Getaway

We rented this apartment for a little fall getaway. We’ve been to Ellicottville before, but stayed outside of town. The location of this place was so perfect… right in the heart of town, plenty of shopping & great restaurants! Our kids (7 & 3) thoroughly enjoyed watching all the action out the bay window! The apartment had all the amenities & ambiance you need, including the fireplace in the main bedroom, which was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!
