The patio offers peace and quiet with green space in the summer and great lighted mountain views in the winter. Sit back and relax on the patio furniture and take in the views all year long.

We feature an all new galley kitchen with upscale appliances & finishes, complete with fine plate ware and flat ware, an upscale Keurig with milk steamer, all utensils and copper cookware, this kitchen is ready for you to craft your perfect meal. Provided is a modest spice rack & selection of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, latte or cappuccinos.

Lastly the grounds are very nicely manicured and provide for nice walks through the complex, or hike the back rail line, grab some clubs and walk to the chip and putting area which also offers a full driving range. The Black Diamond Golf Course is right across the street offering 18 holes of exciting, challenging but manageable holes to score well. Holiday Valley skiing is often referred to as the Aspen of the East, dozens of trails designed for every level of skier and the complex even offers rentals for skiing & snowboarding and even cross country trails.
