Our A-Frame offers the best of both worlds; just 4.4 miles from the village of Ellicottville and on a secluded 60 private acres. Our A-frame is perfect for hosting multiple families or 5/6 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum please. Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Secluded only 4.4 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 15 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 60 acres is yours. Our A-Frame is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, a regular coffee maker and ground coffee. We have a hot tub, sauna, large to die for outdoor space, two tier large back deck, boards games, corn hole, outdoor fire-place, and 2 TVs.
