Cooktop, convection microwave, refrigerator and thermostat all reachable. Separate entrance from main house. Entire efficiency apartment is yours. Gas grill, gas fire table.

The main room has a kitchen area with 3 burner stove, convection and microwave oven combo, refrigerator, sink, table, recliner and Cindy Crawford queen sleeper sofa. There is one private bedroom with Queen bed. Large bathroom in hall. Outside there is a gas grill and gas fire table with four chairs. A path leads down to the creek area located on the property.
