Venture out to the backyard paradise, completely fenced in with safety in mind for both children and your fur baby. Enjoy a evening around the campfire, roasting marshmallows, telling ghost stories with the kids. Enjoy your favorite beverage with that special someone in front of a fire on the back porch on a chilly fall or winters day.

Take advantage of the amenities of the resort, whether it be one of the outdoor pools during season, or the Rec Center that houses a olympic size heated pool, excercise facility, tennis court, etc., all year round. Visit one of the parks within the resort, right on the water perhaps enjoying a picnic or casting a line for one of those trophy trout so many like to brag about! And all of these are at no additional cost to the guest!

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, keurig/drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing, Gate Fee, Accidential Damage Insurance +
15% lodging tax and Hotel Motel Tax added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS (WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL) ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN AT THE MOUNTAIN OASIS OFFICE MON-SAT BEFORE 5:00PM

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to us.
