You and your guests will enjoy everything that this gated community has to offer. Coosawattee River Resort is over 6,500 acres and has direct access to fishing, tubing, rafting, kayaking and canoeing. Bring what you want to use and we can direct you to where within the community you can go to enjoy your sport of choice! There is a Recreation Center with a full gym, indoor heated Olympic size pool, Arcade for the kids, Tennis, Basketball and Pickelball courts, Putt Putt course, Sundeck, Playground and more! There are two additional seasonal pools in the community - one within minutes of this rental! There are several parks located by the river that offer walking trails, access to pavilions, playgrounds, horseshoes, etc. There is a stocked catch and release fishing lake - no fishing license needed!


We provide everything you need to have a relaxed and comfortable stay! You will have a selection of k-cups for coffee, some spices for cooking, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! We provide dish soap, laundry supplies - everything to get you through the week.
