You will have a very spacious apartment all to yourself in this beautiful brownstone building, including a full kitchen, living room, seating area, king size bed, and large flat screen TV, and smaller flat screen with streaming WIFI, Netflix included.
You will be located in a small town 1/2 mile off of I-35, 3 blocks from Hardees, Subway, Kum and Go, and a new Love's truck stop. Also, a short drive to Ames and Iowa State University, Story City and Webster City. We have a new full size couch and a loveseat
