Located on the highly sought after Branch Lake, our beautiful Japandi style cabin provides an ideal setting for nature to be the star. With an eagles nest on the property and nightly loons serenading you under the stars, you will surely be able to recharge. Designed with intention, our cabin has views of the lake from every room. This is a very quiet, and peaceful area. Only 27 miles from Acadia National Park! Our cabin sits on 3 private acres and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa sectional. With families in mind, we have created a bunk room that can sleep 4 children, and a lounge area for them to play games or watch a movie at night while the adults gather in our open concept downstairs area and sip wine by a fire. Guests have access to our private dock as well as kayaks and life vests.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Branch Lake. Laundry facilities are available. 2 bathrooms and a patio are available in the cabin.

Such a lovely stay. The cabin is well maintained and lovingly cared for. It sits on a large lake perfect for kayaking and fishing. Kayaks are available to use. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. We had a great time here.

Delightful Cabin!

I visited Fernwood Cabin with my family for a week and we couldn't have been happier with the cabin, Branch Lake and the proximity to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Spent hours fishing and paddling around the lake, hiking in Acadia, browsing around Bar Harbor. The cabin was spotless and very well stocked!
