The woman who checked us in was incredible. I came in with my baby on my hip while my husband dealt with the luggage. She was so so helpful, including getting us a new room due to the new carpeting smell. She made our stressful FIRST road trip with the little feel so much easier tonight. She’s the kind of employee you should make sure to retain. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home.

Newly remodeled room. Friendly staff. Plentiful Continental Breakfast with hot eggs, meats, fresh fruit, pateries. Very welcoming lobby decorated for Christmas. Would highly recommend!

The chair in the room is so dirty. The wall is very thin. The first night people in the right rooms were still walking and talking at 1:00 am; the second night people in the left rooms kept the TV on probably 2:00 am because I just could not fall asleep.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, and the staff helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast is outstanding! The only drawback (if you're visiting Corning) is the location, which is not within walking distance of the town center--it's a short drive away. (However, there are nearby shopping areas.)
