The property was clean and conveniently located near the Corning Glass Museum, which we really appreciated. We opted for the breakfast, but unfortunately, the staff member serving us was not very pleasant or customer-focused. While our overall stay was ok, the service experience leaves me unsure if I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

I was very impressed with the quality of the renovations which appeared brand new but I was told was 7 years old. Room spacious and the property immaculate. Hall carpets only part showing a little age.
