Pros-unbeatable location if you are going to an event at UPS Arena. It is an easy walk from this property to the arena.Great communication with the host. He is very nice, responsive and he was also very understanding when I mistakenly took parking permit home with me and had to FedEx it back.Cons: There was a very strong odor in the home. I initially thought it smelled like cigarette smoke, but I believe it was actually some type of incense or air freshener and it did not dissipate over the three days we stayed in the property. It was overwhelmingly strong. The property has no extras or amenities. There was no coffee maker, no sponges by the sink or dish towels in the kitchen just as a few examples.There is no central air conditioning in this home. It is advertised as having AC. There were window units in each of the 2 bedrooms, but the living, kitchen and bathroom are not air conditioned.None of the TVs would connect to streaming services while we were there.The home just needs some general maintenance and upkeep.
