Staff was wonderful and helpful. Very limited breakfast items, apple juice was just straight water, showering left you stinkier than when you entered due to smell of water, booked a king bed; definitely did not sleep in a king bed, horrible pillows, overall, it would be a 3 for me just for the way the staff was.

Road Trip Night in Ely.

The motel clerk was very helpful, kind, and efficient. The beds and shower were amazing. Good coffee. The sink water flowed slowly, just had to be patient. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We chose not to stay after walking into the room. Too many things to list but here are a few - bed spread was old and tattered, drapes broken, overpowering smell of disinfectant, chair had an ill fitted cover on it hiding ??. I didn't look. Went to another hotel. Requested a refund since we hadn't even brought our luggage in. We were told we would be refunded but nothing has happened at this point.

Website said the lobby was open until 10pm - we got there at 7:30 and learned during winter lobby closes at 7 (but manager was still there getting ready to close up and had texted me about getting into our room. Room was near the busy road so we could hear traffic throughout the night

Cozy & Warm - vintage motel

We were warmly welcomed by the ladies in the office. The room was easily accessible-parked right out front. Since we opted for the suite, it had a couch and fridge, which was nice. Beds were comfy and warm, with plenty of blankets and an actual thick bedspread. It was a chilly night, but we were comfy and warm. Breakfast was free, but was just packaged pastries.

The staff when we checked in was super friendly and helpful. The beds were horrible, pretty sure one of the beds was broken. It was fine for one night passing through. We got to have our dog so that’s important.
