Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please close the blinds and drapes. Return the thermostats to 77 on both floors.
The front door code will be sent in a message on VRBO. The code will open the door. Every time that the door shuts the door automatically locks. Share the code with the other guests.
If you are using the fold out couch or the blow up mattress for up-stairs the bedding can be found in the closet upstairs. The blow up mattress is located in the closet of the room with two beds.

Amazing!

The stay was amazing, the perfect house and perfect beach to recharge. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again.
