PARKING: We can only accept parking spacers for two vehicles. There are 2 parking passes provided for your stay and they must be displayed at all times , when in the parking lot. Not displaying the parking passes or having more than two vehicles attempting to park in the lot, may be subject to the towing policies and guidelines set forth by the The Pointe Condominiums HOA.



Guest have access to the entire condo and use of all the community amenities. Please note the outdoor pool opens in May and closes in September and may be closed at other times for maintaince.



We are not located on-site but can be of assistance when needed!
