Great play to stay

I have stayed at a lot of beach hotels but this was my first VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well kept and just as described on the site. Beds were not that comfortable but the linens were clean and I did not go to the beach to sleep. Towels were actually adult sized and not for tiny people. The fridge was so clean it looked new with filtered ice/water in the door so no need to buy water. Ocean view from the master bedroom and the beach access was right off the parking lot. Its not near a public access so the beach area was not crowded either. This unit is on the top floor (has an elevator) so no overhead heavy steppers to disturb your peace. Check in/check out was quick by a friendly associate and a 3 minute drive away. Gated access and close to places to eat but Publix was a 2 minute drive for those that want to cook or eat on the balcony looking at the waves. I would definitely stay here again.

Emerald Isle Stay

Overall the place was amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is the Master Bedroom. The sliding door and large window only had blinds to cover them. Some of the blinds were also missing. At night light from outside sources would shine into the room making it hard to sleep. In the morning, the sun would be coming up and shining directly and brightly into the bedroom making it impossible to stay asleep due to the blazing sun shining in the room and the heat of the room due to the sun. The air conditioner could not keep up in keeping the room cool.

The convenience and the views were outstanding!! However, the condo needs a serious deep clean and some sprucing up. The bathrooms were not clean so we called the office and Christina came and cleaned up. The living room furniture was not comfortable, the fabric was stained and faded. A good thing that happened - when we arrived the internet was down and we couldn't figure out the TV. After a call to the office Tyler came and got it all worked out for us. Overall, for what we paid we expected a better experience in the condo.

The property was great and I’d recommend it throughly. Our problem was the LOUD construction that was occurring next door/on the roof. The noise was unbearable from the adjoining building. In our room, it was OBNOXIOUS. A heads up would have been great.

Super cute

The condo is great. The close proximity to the elevator is really a bonus. If you have anyone that is elderly or has mobility issues. The view is spectacular. It’s a sweet cozy. Cute little condo would recommend it to anyone.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo. It’s nice, comfortable and the view from the balcony is exceptional. Conveniently located near the pool and elevator too.very peaceful and quiet. Will book this one again next year.

Great Location Needs Updates

The view was the best part of the condo we stayed in. And as described it was right on the beach. But the furniture and patio doors are in desperate need of replacement. The doors were difficult to open and shut without using your full upper body strength. The handle even popped off. The property manager was great at getting someone out to fix it, but it still requires work

Perfectly situated along the beach & amazing views from the 6th floor! Very cute condo & decor. Masterbed & bath super comfy! Guest room with 2 twin beds were uncomfortable, with one's bedframe loose & noisy. No fans in condo but one floor sat oscillating fan was available. Upon arrival found guest bathroom dirty (sink & toilet) as well as coffee remains in pot, lots of dust collected behind doors - nothing nasty or that a thorough cleaning wouldn't alleviate. I know it's busy season for all & it was a quick & easy fix before everyone came to get ready for the wedding I was in town to attend. Kitchen was well appointed & plenty of room throughout! Fast wi-fi for the occasional hrck in for work & very comfy surroundings. Quiet area & easy access. Parking is good & elevator quick which is great with the sun & heat blaring down! Easy walk to pier, plenty to see, eat, shop nearby. Bottom line I absolutely will be back & cannot wait to rebook this condo!

I recently stayed at the Sound of the Sea condos in Emerald Isle and had a wonderful experience! The views are absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the ocean that you can enjoy right from the comfort of your room. The condos appear to be recently remodeled, boasting modern and stylish interiors that make the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location is perfect – it's close to supermarkets, stores, and a variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. Perfect and peaceful!

The condo was just as described. It was well stocked, and very nice inside. Also very clean. Check in, and check out was quick and easy. There was a nice deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was a short, and easy walk. We very definitely enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. It was very relaxing.

oceanside 6th floor condo

The property was in an excellent location. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and well stocked. There were TVs in each room. The living room furniture was dated but OK. The air conditioning was excellent. Our biggest disappointment was the mattresses on all three beds. The two single beds felt like you were sleeping on the springs. The queen bed mattress was better but still not good. Another disappointment was the pool wasn't open and it looked so nice. It was the week before Memorial Day so I guess they hadn't had time to get it prepared but that was not the fault of the owner. Check-in was easy and the staff was nice.

Starting fresh

It is a wonderful location,it was everything we needed.The decorative condo was cozy. My mother just passed away two days before we arrived.It was my daughter’s 13th birthday.I tried to focus on nature,trying new things,and relaxing. Thank you for a great place!I would gladly share this amazing place with friends & family. Everything we needed was close by.Great restaurants,jet skis,& banana boat ride.

Pleasant and Relaxing

We enjoyed our November visit to Emerald Isle. The condo was perfect for 2 or more. We were on the 6th floor , but the elevator on our end of the building was working and we did not have any problems at all. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
