Actually was disappointed in this home. Was last cleaned or looked at 3 weeks before our stay. Walked into major infestation of sewer/drain flies in every room. Majority was in 2nd floor bathrooms/showers/sinks. Mold above door to deck in 2nd bedroom, mold on shower curtain on 2nd floor, nails on deck exposed (safety hazard) and broken hose with dangerous (sawed off?) end. Carpet floors on steps and2nd floor sandy and had scraps of paper in corners. Bunk bed in basement had sheets that felt damp/almost wet to the touch. Yes The realty company did respond to call for a "cleaning" crew that evening (they vacuumed up dead flies which we sprayed ourselves) and vacuumed carpet/attended to mold. Sent someone to deliver a solution for the drains, who had no idea how to apply or how long to let in drain. Had to call again to have them reapply to get rid of sewer flies. Cockroaches in basement (more than 2, less than 10). Good Beds/kitchen/pool area. Needs complete remodel. Tell owners. AGENCY needs to provide better service. DO THINGS RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE! I should n't have call over and over to get stuff taken care of. Pool-dirt-requested it cleaned -didn't happen.Other items to numerous to mention. I paid alot of money to rent this place. Good grief!!!!
