A-307 Pebble Beach is a Third Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo located in the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants.

This condo comes with 400 mpbs internet and 3 separate flat screen TVs. The Living Area overlooks the oceanfront pool, has deck access to take in the beautiful views of the ocean, and features a Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix access, sofa and love seat.

Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom including Deck Access with ocean views, King Size Bed, Fat Screen Television, and has a Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Size Bed and Flat Screen Television. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and Flat Screen Television. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full hallway bath.

Trip was excellent. Renovations on the pool near the condo were unfortunatly loud, but understandable in the off-season. Great property.
