Great house, spacious and very close to Beach

We loved the house, we had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. We were a short easy walk to the beach and it was in an area that was not crowded. We would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Great space, great location!

We had a WONDERFUL family vacation at Emerald Isle! The house was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room to spread out in the house, and the house was very clean with many necessities and extras provided. There was only a very short and easy walking distance to the beach, and the beach area in front of the house was also very clean and family-friendly. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great vacation, and this house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone. A quick three minute walk got us right on the beach. The neighborhood was awesome. Our host was quick to respond to our communications, even though she had a baby that week! We would highly recommend!

THE PERFECT HOUSE

This house was so perfect for our senior trip, the 7 of us had a great stay, super close the the public access(1 minute walk) and the beach is a great location with not a lot of other people around. There is lots of things in the house to get you through the week( laundry pods, towels, shampoo etc). Our favorite part was the open spacious living room. 7 of us slept comfortably. The hosts are great with communication regarding check in, check out, and other. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beach trip with family and dogs

Wonderful stay and great for my family and the family dogs. I really appreciated the rapid response from the hosts for all questions and the reminders from the hosts about check-in and check-out procedures. They were just great. I also really liked that coffee was already at the house. Great for a late arrival and no need to hit the grocery store immediately. if we are even back in the area, we will head there.

Location is great very short walk to beach access. The beach was not crowded in this area. Side yard is private and perfect for the dog to have a space. Plenty of room in the house. The best part is the homeowners who are very attentive and responsive to any questions. Kellie's response time is amazing. Great customer service.

Sunny days is perfect for two families

Sunny days was perfect for 4 adults and 7 kids! With the two floors and two kitchens it felt like 2 homes in one! Owner was super responsive in the brief interactions we had. The property had no issues while we were there. Location to the beach public access was very close and easily accessible for all of our children, including two toddlers. Built in baby gate was much appreciated also. Within a short drive of the aquarium, pier, a cool splash pad, and grocery stores.If you are looking for a modern, no frill, reasonably priced home this is it!
