Too noisy for a stay as a normal hotel guest

As the main purpose seems to be to host business groups, there was a lot of chating and door slapping in the alley early (7am) and late night (11pm-1am). This was very annoying! I've chosen this hotel because they provide an indoor pool. Eventhough there was a terrace next to it, the access was closed. Relaxing on the terrace after a swim would have been great. Absolute excellent was the service staff at the restaurant, very attentive and they fufilled every wish!

We are a small family spending few days in the Seminar hotel. We were very happy about the pool, saunas and the gym. They were very nice and mostly empty. The rooms however were far to small for a family stay. We were disappointed with the hotel staff. They were not very friendly, not informed or not willing to help.

Jolie chambre avec vue lac (merci pour l'upgrade); serviabilité & amabilité du personnel; le service de navette avec la localité d'Emmetten; la piscine & le hamam; buffet petit-déjeuner varié. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain !

Vue splendide sur le lac des 4 cantons, endroit calme et reposant. La terrasse du restaurant offre une vue imprenable, la piscine et la salle de fitness sont un plus.
