Comfortable villa "Tauris", 800 m a.s.l., detached, built in 1963, renovated in 2024. Above Emmetten, Risleten Gorge, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 7 km from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area. Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden 100 m2, swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Hot tub, nat. Swimm. Pond, barbecue. Two bedrooms on the ground floor feature exclusive en‑suite bathrooms, while the three bedrooms on the upper floor share a spacious bathroom. The light‑filled living and dining area with fireplace offers a panoramic view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding Alps. Large floor‑to‑ceiling windows provide abundant natural light and create an open, airy atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a steam oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee machine, ice maker and additional appliances for a comfortable stay.
A library with a separate workspace and a sofa bed provides an additional retreat and flexible usage options. The indoor wellness area includes an infrared sauna with sea‑air function and light therapy, a private fitness room, shower/WC and a defibrillator (AED).
