The property is nestled among the green Tuscan hills that surround it with a beautiful panorama that alternates rows of vines with olive groves. By staying you will be able to enjoy the large internal spaces as well as the exclusive swimming pool and the covered terrace perfect for lunches and dinners. The house has a large living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TV and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with and a large bathroom with tub, on the rustic floor an internal staircase leads to the billiard room where there is also an eighth bed, a second kitchen and a second bathroom. There is an electric heating and cooling system via heat pumps, wifi connection and free parking. The entire property is fenced with an electric driveway gate. The swimming pool is open from May to October, daily cleaning is carried out by the owner Carlo who you can also meet for the maintenance of the garden and for the horses present in the owner's stables below. Pets are allowed unless agreed with the owner, there is a cat on the property and the owner himself has a dog.
The position of the house allows you to reach all the major tourist centers of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, Sn Gimignano, Certaldo, Chianti, Monteriggioni) in less than an hour by car, the Etruscan Coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea itself can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
