Room they give nothing was working like no heat,hot water or phone i paid extra because my dog supposed to be 149 end up paying 190 no heat in the new room plus i stop there because i was really sick i was driven since 9 am from Florida to Pennsylvania

I must say that you have a hard worker in Marlo. When we were coming in late she was coming back to work after already working all day because there was noone else to work. And when we left at 11am she was still at work. Give that girl a raise!!!!!

Room was fine. Front desk night staff was just friendly enough but seemed put-out to do anything and oddly 86 with a lot of products. Ice machine, none. Tooth paste? Forgetaboutit. Waffle batter, TTTHHHICK. Elevator, of course smelt like cigarettes
