Muy buena ubicación! Cerca del centro y cerca de lugares para ir a cenar. Linda atención, el hotel muy tranquilo. El estacionamiento en el hotel es chico pero te ofrecen otro también gratis a una cuadra. Para pocos días es una muy buena opción. Tiene las comodidades básicas necesarias. Barato, pero no coincide con la publicación. Conforme con la estadía!

Hotel didn’t honor our reservation

Our stay at this property did not go well. The property itself was decent and the area seemed pretty good. We had booked a family room through Hotels.com, which describes it as a room with three beds: a queen, a double and a bunk bed, so we figured that the room would be a good size. We were instead given a small, plain room with one queen bed. I returned to the front desk to ask for our room to be switched. With the help of Google Translate, the front desk clerk and I had a conversation about it. He said that he showed us only booked into a double room. I showed him the room description and photo on my confirmation, but he refused to move us…not sure why. We checked out the next day…leaving 1 day early.

very well located hotel; just around the corner from the Costanera strip,Bars and restaurants, friendly staff ready to help to the domestic and foreign travellers. Sasha at reception desk did an amazing job; helping with directions and suggesting things to do and visit. Nice morning coffee and fresh fruit service. Very happy , we will be back!

The location of the hotel is very good, just two minutes walking distance to the nice beach and lots of restaurants. The rooms are nothing special, but ok for the price. The breakfast is very poor, the poorest breakfast I had in a hotel for a long time.

Estou acostumada a reservarpelo hotéis. com e foi a primeira vez que tivemos decepções. Vou listas: 1. Reservei um quarto para a família, pois tenho duas crianças e chegando lá nos colocaram em quartos separados sem consulta prévia. Iniciamos o ano em quartos separados. Inclusive paguei mais quarto pelo quarto família. Eles alegaram que era o ar condicionado estragado. O que duvido pois o hotel estava lotado. Devem ter passado meu quarto reservado para uma família maior. 2. Paguei mais caro pelo hotéis. Com do que pelo preço de balcão. Nunca tinha tido esta desvantagem. Por duas noites acabei pagando 10% a mais 3. No site dizia que pagaria o valor lá. O hotel sem minha autorização já tinha descontado a diária da primeira noite no cartão. Não foi o combinado pagaria na moeda local. 4. Um dos quartos estava com o chuveiro desregulado. Pedimos ajuda, além de ninguém ir ver falaram que nos que deveríamos regular. Foi solicitado nos dois dias. 5. O calor e infernal e não há geladeira, embora este foi um erro meu. Pois não vi isto na reserva. 6. O estacionamento prometido e HORRIVEL. Não tem vagas para todos. Vagas apertadissimas e se não tiver o carro fica na rua. Além disso precisa deixar a chave para eles tirarem pois fica um atrás do outro. 7. O café da manhã e ruim. Básico demais. Inclusive o pão e adormecido. Além de somente te-los oferecem apenas queijo e presunto. Para crianças não tem nada, nem iogurte, sucrilhos.
