This cozy studio apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 guests and ideal for both short-term and long-term rentals.

The apartment (approx. 30 m²) is part of a larger family property called ROSATA, located in the prestigious and quiet residential area of Spring Estate in the northern part of the island. The studio has its own entrance, private terrace, and complete privacy.
The studio is fully equipped. It features an open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen and breakfast bar, two single beds, and a bright bathroom with a shower. The kitchen offers everything you could wish for to prepare your own meals – a 4-burner gas stove, grill/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, and various cooking utensils.
The apartment also includes air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Spacious double doors flood the room with light and lead to the shaded terrace (approx. 12 m²), a cool, airy spot where you can enjoy views of Bequia's offshore islands of Battowia and Balliceaux, as well as breathtaking sunrises.
The studio and property are situated on a breezy hilltop, pleasantly secluded from the island's hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, Bequia's port city of Port Elizabeth, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, is just a short drive away. The stunning beaches of the west coast can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car.
