Encinitas beach house across the street from the ocean on Neptune which is great for walking with easy beach access in either direction through steps and paths down to the beach that are maintained by the city. Great for multi family trips as we have tons of different rooms and spaces.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Leucadia State Beach. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

Leucacia dreamin

Our stay at the above property was perfect for our all ages family. We could walk to: Beacons Beach @15 minutes for great surf Coffee shop Liquor store Surf shop Restaurants Having Neptune Ave one way with a large bike/pedestrian Lane made for easy travel by foot or bike. Really nice to park the car and not use it for a week.
