Gated, quiet coastal community condo featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. Enjoy ocean views, a comfortable open-concept living area, plush seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The private back patio includes seating, a gas grill, and views toward the Encinitas Hills. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, and landscaped greenbelts. Just steps to private beach access via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, with additional beach access nearby. One pool with a hot tub is a short walk away, and another is steps from the unit. Beach chair, towels, and an umbrella are provided. 7-night minimum.

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.
