There is a large games room with pool table and piano that accesses the outdoor deck.
This area has a split system air conditioner.
A lounge/playroom including a TV, games and sofas.
Laundry and kitchenette including a washing machine, dryer, 2nd fridge, kettle and toaster.
Bedroom three has a queen bed and is light and bright.
Bedroom four has two single bunk beds and wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
Upstairs:
Open plan living dining, kitchen with extensive glass to take in the views of the sea. In the kitchen there is a pantry, electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, coffee making. The lounge area has a TV and comfy seating. There is dining for ten people inside or enjoy the outdoor setting whilst cooking a BBQ on the deck and enjoying the views.
