'Secrets of the Sea' is a stylish 3-bedroom holiday house with private beach in a quiet cul-de-sac in Encounter Bay. The house accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. A truly waterfront holiday oasis!

The house has high ceilings and modern airy decor throughout. The calming view of the lagoon with its beach is visible from the living room and dining room. The outdoor rear patio faces north over the lagoon and has reclining deck-chairs, an egg chair and an electric Weber BBQ. - a beautiful place to relax. Note: Dogs are not permitted on the beach.

The modern well-appointed kitchen has all the mod-cons including full-size stainless steel fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dish-washer, coffee-pod machine standard kitchen utensils and more.

The living room features a large LCD Smart TV, with Netflix, Disney Channels and a quality Soundbar, Bose sound system and free Wifi.

The house features two bathrooms with large showers. One bathroom also has a large deep bath.

There is a separate laundry with a washer/dryer.

Bedding Configuration:
The main bedroom has a Queen bed with a walk-in robe and ensuite with double vanity basins.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a built-in wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a large bunk bed for children with built-in wardrobe.

Two kayaks (SGL & DBL) are available for guest use after signing of a waiver.

Parking is off-street in the driveway.
Access is via a key lock box with a key at the front door.
The property manager is available 24/7 by message or phone.

It is a great location to base yourself and explore the local attractions and activities of the Fleurieu Peninsula including Granite Island and Australia's oldest horse drawn tram, dolphin & whale watching tours, and the Currency Creek wine region.

Our family had a fantastic time at the "Secrets of the Sea" holiday home in Encounter Bay. The beachfront location and calm lakefront was ideal for our little grandson who had fun building sandcastles whilst the rest of the family enjoyed swimming, kayaking or simply relaxing on the back patio. The home is well appointed with a good variety of practical amenities. Michael promptly responded to our queries, no problems with contactless check-in and check-out. We hope to return for a holiday at this beachfront home in the near future.

Easter holiday

We stayed 4 days over Easter,the house was lovely,very comfortable and clean,lounge and beds,were very nice good to have a couple of recliners for the oldies.well equipped kitchen,could do with a large saucepan for pasta but we managed.Lovely to have shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers.The outside area was great for everyone with the beach and kayaks.We had a lovely stay stay here and would highly recommend it.
