The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The concierge and front desk went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and every evening felt like a retreat into calm and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a highlight — simply magical. The Kempinski Palace is a world class resort in the small charming town of Engelberg at Mt Titlis. The staff are amazing professionals. The food is excellent. The spa on the top of the hotel is as nice as I have ever seen. We loved our time there and will return to stay even longer.

Super peaceful, clean and welcoming. Gorgeous views and comfy beds. Even the pull-out sofa bed was cozy! Only negative was the in-room breakfast portions were tiny for the price.
