We stayed with another family and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub (especially while watching it snow!) and the bunkroom was perfect. The adults spent our time in the downstairs TV room watching football, where there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

Very nice property. I personally don't like bi-level houses but this one was done very nicely! Very useable and functional space. The backyard is very beautiful and picturesque. Definitely something I wouldn't mind having at my own property.The only complaints, which weren't enough to downgrade the rating, was that the hot tub would not increase to 115 (only 105 but would actually stay around 95) and we couldn't use the outdoor grill. I'm not sure if there is a trick to getting it to light, but we were not able to. The electric lighter wasn't working and neither was manually trying to light it, even though there was propane. We just ended up using the indoor grill and oven to cook our meat.

Good house and amenities

House itself and amenities were good. House needed TLC. The lights in one room controlled the lights to the room next to it. Dishwasher might need repair because it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. Had to hand wash stuff. Pool was clean and great. Gym equipment was nice. Beds were comfortable and clean. House did smell like smoke. Not sure if previous renters smoked.

Nice Place

My friends and I stayed here as a jumping point to Dayton for a sporting event. Worked out well. Hot tub was even working! Will definitely come back if all things align again for the group.
