Conveniently located to restaurants and golfing ( Rotunda, Riverwood, Myakka Pines). Close (between 15-30 min drive), to Gulf Beaches including, Boca Grand, Englewood, Blind Pass, and Manasota Key. There is parasailing, jet skiing, and dolphin tours within a 15 min. drive. There are baseball spring training stadiums nearby, Tampa Bay Rays (10 min), Atlanta Braves (20 min) and Red Sox (1 hour).

The house is new, well decorated, very clean and fully equipped. The hostess is very helpful and cooperative. It would have been better for us if the pool was attached to the house. The pool is very good and the Tiki Bar very cute.
