A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance and condo board for access and approval to gain access to the property. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews, coaching, classes, or client sessions, Retreats or private business events NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control. CREDIT CARDS: Please be advised: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund.
