We have stayed at this house for at least 5 years in a row, if not more. This is our Spring Break “home away from home”! The house is perfect for our beach vacations with our growing family! The private heated pool and short walk to the beach make this house the perfect vacation spot. Art (property owner) is very responsive and always ensures our stay is top-notch. House was beautiful and perfectly laid out. It was extremely helpful to have a quiet area with a crib and height chair. Plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The grill on the deck was nice for dinner with plenty of seating. The heated pool worked for 1 days then the heat broke.

Everything was great. It would hav helped to have a broom to help keep the floors swept and maybe a rug to wipe our feet of sand before coming in from the garage. I did expect the essentials to wash hands etc maybe add that to the website so people know to bring those. Otherwise it was perfect and we are planning our next stay.

Loved this place!

The home was comfortable and clean. We loved how close it was to the beach. We appreciated using the beach chairs from the garage. The bedrooms were all great - we were happy to have a bed for everyone. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and body soap. Hand soap is all that is provided. There is an office, which was used a lot since some of us needed to get some work done. My kids also loved having the pool. It was a great place. I would definitely stay here if in the area again!

Perfect for families with kids!

Our 2 sons and their families loved, loved, loved this property. The room set ups, 2 bathrooms we nice, nice kitchen, and laundry. So close to the beach with lots of sharks teeth but no sharks great response from host when we had questions.

Overall great house

The front door lock stopped working after 3 days. The toilet seat is loose and we were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and no laundry detergent. Its the perfect distance from the beach, which was beautiful. Overall we had a great time and would love to stay again.

The house was nice and in a good location. The guest bed was not comfortable at all. I was so disappointed in the fact that the swimming pool was not warm enough. I only got in one time and couldn't force myself to get in again.

Excellent place to stay with 10 people!

My daughter and her family stayed at this home. It was perfect for them as far as sleeping, swimming and so close to the beach. We had the Whole family (17) for supper every night and it worked out very well. There was plenty of room for all.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Convenient location with just a short walk to the beach, had umbrella, beach chairs and shark tooth sifters. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Was really easy to get in touch with property owner for a few bumps we hit early on in trip that were immediately taken care of. Our recommendation would be to get updated kitchen pots and pans and would suggest a pool handlebar to get in and out of pool more easily as it was difficult for my mom who has some leg issues. The WiFi name and password also needs updated in VRBO. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful house within walking distance to the beach

This is a beautiful and spacious house. Less than a half mile to the beach, so we walked each time. This gave us the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife along the intercostal. The house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.
