Situated on an oversized lot within a short drive to Manasota Beach this beautiful home has been furnished and equipped for vacation rentals. All has been tastefully done so that you will enjoy your vacation in this lovely home.
On entry you come into living room which overlooks the large pool area through glass sliding doors, and there is dining area overlooking front garden.
The master bedroom is to left off living room so is very private from the other bedrooms.  Master bedroom has king size bed with again very nice furnishings, large bathroom with garden tub, double vanity and separate shower. Large flat screen tv.
Going from living room you come into the family room and open plan fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofas along with casual breakfast area, with counter bar stools, another large flat screen tv and sliders onto pool area.
The guest bedrooms are also off family room and have two queen rooms which share a full bathroom and there is a twin room which has its own shower room also leading to pool area. Guest bedrooms have their own tv's.
Laundry room off kitchen, with washer and dryer leading to double garage.
Going out to pool area, there is very nice sized swimming pool which can be electrically heated in winter.
Dining table and chairs and loungers to lie by the pool and enjoy the large back garden. Pool has just been resurfaced and brand-new pool cage.
Plenty of parking at Manasota Beach all within couple of minutes.

Relaxus Maximus!

Perfect getaway! Secluded enough to have decent privacy, yet still fairly convenient to town. The house itself was clean and well-kitted for a large family. Very nice pool area with a new lanai, and TVs in most rooms for those lazy days in. Overall, fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

Great home, minutes from the beach!

Spacious property with a gorgeous pool, situated just a mile from the beach! This house was perfect for my family! We enjoyed cooking every night on the new gas grill and eating on the patio. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and the star gazing at night is spectacular! The host is also very attentive and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner! manner.
