New to VRBO! This amazing property is walking distance to Manasota Beach and Lemon Bay Preserve on a sandy dead end road and is available for the first time the 2026 season!

Unwind in our beautiful beach vacation spot, tucked away on a dead end street, just a short walk down a sandy dirt road to the waters edge.

A one minute walk in the other direction brings you to miles of secluded hiking in the Lemon Bay nature preserve.
Buried in wild Florida flora our home has complete privacy from every angle.

Beaching it? You'll have no need to fight the traffic and parking – its just a short walk to put your toes in the sand.
Our house is stocked with all the beach accessories you need with chairs and more.

Laid out in a split plan for maximum privacy,
The master bedroom has an ensuite with walk in closet and its own private lanai.

On the other side of the great room, there are two guest rooms with queen beds.
The guest bath has a walk-in shower and jetted bathtub perfect for unwinding!

Each bedroom has its own attached screened lanai.

An additional loft bedroom overlooking the living room is the perfect hide away for kids or extra guests, with 2 twin adjustable beds which can also be reconfigured as one large king.


The living room fireplace adds a relaxing ambiance for everyone sitting in the great kitchen - living room space.

A peaceful sunning courtyard is a wonderful spot to tan and bird watch in complete tranquility and privacy, with a cabana.
Enjoy it in the evening by the fire pit for stargazing.

Fantastic getaway for family's or just a small group of friends who want a secluded spacious vacation home. Short drive to numerous beaches ,restaurants and stunning sunsets !!!! Dawn and Martin couldn't have more attentive and welcoming. !!!! We will be back !!

The home is accessed down a “sugar sand” road (Lemon Ave) with each home on the street nestled within palms and local plants, creating a sense of solitude. You arrive at a white mailbox turning onto a paved driveway with palms on either side as the home emerges. The yard welcomes you with multiple seating areas, a fire pit and a feeling of calm and serenity. You enter the home through double French doors into the kitchen and living area. There is a split bedroom layout with a master suite in the left and two bedrooms on the right and one loft area. There are four lanai’s two in the front and two in the back. There is a washer/dryer with sink and a desk area. The home is decorated in warm tones and attention to detail is so obvious. Exiting the home, turn right from the driveway and enter a nature preserve. Turn left, and walk 3 blocks where you will access Manasota Beach Road. Walk over the toll bridge and cross the street to Manasota Beach. The walk is 20 minutes. The drive is 2 minutes. The parking lot was to the right as you exited the Toll bridge. There were several beaches, one after another. We also enjoyed the Ringling Mansion and Museum in Sarasota and the Venice pier, SHARKYS Restaurant and The Salty Dog. We had older children and everyone was able to find their niche in the home. Stores and resources were easily accessible by car. This home is peaceful, comfortable and charming.
