Great location on a clean and clear canal just off of Lemon Bay within a short 1/2 mile walking distance to some great restaurants and shops.The home was clean and squared away when we arrived. The back patio is large and cool with insulated roof panels and ceiling fans…great space for hanging out in the shade.
Beautiful sunset from a vacant lot on the bay just a few houses down.

The host is very easy to work with and the property is just as described in the listing. It's fresh and clean, with a fun beach vibe. The back screened room is so big! A great place for everyone to hang out and enjoy the water view.. .would definitely love to stay there again. The nearby downtown area is walkable and has a lot to offer.
