I was informed when i checked in on Friday no housekeeping on weekends. The trash cans were full in my room . I chose to eat outside of the hotel, as I would have had to drive clear around and locate a place to park.

The value was awesome, made a last minute decision to stop for the night, the few staff I interacted with were super friendly, unfortunately there were ants in the room, but it was otherwise clean. The coffee in the breakfast area tasted horrible, but the waffles were amazing, there was also a large snake at the back entrance when we came in. All in all a mostly pleasant stay and for the price I would definitely stay here again

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice with us and every customer that walked in the door. She was very friendly and helpful with knowing the area, it was very helpful because we are from Arizona.

Extremely over-priced for the weekend. Had to hold down the drain plug with my foot while taking a shower so it would not fill up. Carpet was dirty and needs steam cleaned badly.

The rooms were kind of tiny and we didn’t have washcloths or cups for 2 people but the room was clean and the front desk personnel were very helpful. And our keys didn’t work on the 2nd day. The door on the north side of the building to the west didn't have an easy access for the luggage cart so we had to lift it up on the curb. Other than these things, our stay was good.

Nice suite, poor internet

If I'm paying for the best room I m the hotel, I would hope they have up to date internet but the wifi was subpar, the room had it's blemishes here and there, a handyman could fix all of that in a day to maximize integrity, the back door to.the parking lot hasn't locked in years , I know bc I stayed here about 4 years ago and it was the same. The front desk was helpful in getting me checked in, plenty of towels and housekeeping gavw mw more the sexond day.
