Great resort, some space for improvement

Positive points: - check-in and reception have been a pleasure, top-notch! - ladies at the SPA were really over the top and went the extra mile to help my wife who forgot to bring her swimming suit. All with honest smiles and a positive mood - the lady who did the special treatment in the 100 degrees sauna has been simply great - service at the lounge bar was spot-on: professional, elegant, precise, kind, simply perfect - great to see that in the Oak Grill restaurant they really know how to make vegans/vegetarians feel welcome with some delicious cuisine. Negative points - breakfast with no cakes! There was nothing like that and when I asked if there was any chocolate-like cake or similar, I have been offered a pancake with Nutella on the side. Really minimum effort from a resort like this. I got better treatment in some 3-star hotels in the past. Also, the person assigned to our table was really rushing making my morning start stressful - personnel at the boutique is very unfriendly. Small suggestion to the management: send them for a "How to smile and make your clients comfortable" training, they really need it!

Amazing experience with amazing view.

One of the most beautiful hotels in the world, everything was great, the spa is spectacular with amazing view, to room was nice and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was really helpful and nice. We will come back for sure.

An amazing experience & view of Lake Luzern

Amazing experience - spacious and elegant rooms, one of the best spas I’ve been to, and the outside pool with the view on Lake Luzern and Mount Pilatus is unforgettable. We had dinner at the Spices restaurant; the special menu was expensive (as everywhere else in Switzerland) but delightful, and they accommodated every of our requests. Be sure to get to the hotel early with the boat/funicular shuttle, experience the spa (additional costs, yes, but worth every penny and you can go back the next morning), enjoy a drink with a view, and perhaps go for a nordic walk in the morning!
