House was given to someone else

Hi, Me and my husband are super dissatisfied and disappointed, sad, mad, frustrated we the service that Vrbo took serious on our reservation. We weren't informed that the property was not available for us! You guys made the transaction from my bank account. You guys left me with no place to go last minute!!!! We got at the residence at 5:10pm and we were informed that the property was already occupied. We contact Trino ( the person in charge) 8 times and no answer. We have to get ready for a concert, we went crazy looking for a hotel all over in Ensenada with no luck, we change in the car, park the car and walk to the concer 2 hours late 😡😡😡 I don't know what to do with this bad experience!
