Terrace + shared land with the owners (bowling game + swing). Tarmac courtyard (2 vehicles). Ski the Granier 2.5 km, the Désert d’Entremont (alpine + cross-country) 4.5 km. Challes les Eaux developed lake 20km. Beautiful traditional country house renovated (19th century) in the heart of a charming typical village. Good comfort. Spacious. Light. Warm and pleasant.
