Lovely property in idyllic mountain setting

The property was everything we had hoped for - comfortable, clean and well situated. The location is beautiful - the cool mountain air and sound of cowbells was a lovely antidote to the hot summer days round the lake. The scenery is breathtaking and there are walks and cycle rides right on the doorstep. Pascal and his family were extremely kind and welcoming hosts; nothing was too much trouble and we felt privileged to be part of the Entrevernes community even for a short time. Lucky the dog is a fantastic character whose adventures with other dogs and cats we followed closely during our evening strolls. Would highly recommend to all who enjoy the outdoors life!

fantastic all round . great property , location and Pascal and his family were very welcoming.

The three of us, my partner and son Cammy (14 yrs old) stayed here for 10 days. The location is just spectacular , a typical rural mountain setting in France, very beautiful and peacful, stunning scenery and some lovely local walks. The appartment was well set out, everything we needed , it was clean and homely, it could easily sleep 4 people , two in each room. Pascall and his family are very welcoming, we can only speak a little French but Pascal and his family all make the effort to communicate , and when we got into difficulties , he used his translation app on his I-pad, very useful. Pascall checked on us every day, and Lucky (Chance) his dog even more regularly .. we became good friends with Lucky!. I do a lot of cycling , the accomodation is really well placed for access to the lake and the cycle path , and many of the major cols around the area, I did the etape du tour when we were there and it was perfectly located for this. There is a 5k climb from the cycle route in the valley up to Entrevernes about 7-9% , so you need to make sure you leave some energy for the climb on the way back . We will definitely return and stay here again , and I will be recommending this place to my friends and fellow cyclists alike.

Fantastische plek

We hebben met het gezin hier een fantastische week doorgebracht in dit schitterende nieuwe appartement van Pascal. Het appartement is van alle comfort voorzien en ligt in een klein dorp 5 km van het meer van Annecy. van hieruit kan je prachtige wandelingen en fietstochten maken. Een week hier verblijven was voor ons te kort om alle pracht van de omgeving te zien, we komen dan ook zeker nog een x terug naar dit appartement . Voor 4 personen is dit appartement zeer ruim opgezet. Er is een mooie eetkeuken waar je ruim kan zitten en de slaapkamer is prima met een fantastisch uitzicht, de woonkamer is prima en kan als tweede slaapkamer worden gebruikt. Nu hebben wij alleen maar mooi weer gehad dus hebben we hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Door het mooie weer hebben we alleen maar buiten gezeten, onder een afdak welke vol met prachtige bloemen hing. Ook waren er ligstoelen in de tuin waar we gebruik van konden maken, een heerlijke plek om bij te komen na een dagje aan het meer. Pascal kwam iedere dag even een praatje maken en we kregen ook nog groente uit eigen tuin om te eten, echt top. Voor Pascal waren wij zijn eerste gasten en ik moet zeggen, hij is een goede gastheer. Hulpvaardig en meedenken daar waar nodig. Wij kunnen alleen maar concluderen dat het een top plek is om je vakantie door te brengen. Gr Erwin de Roo

Le gîte est propre et fonctionnel. Il est situé dans un corps de ferme où vivent également l'hôte et sa famille (le gîte est cependant et évidemment complétement autonome). Le décor est grandiose. On est entouré de montagnes et les randonnées pédestres ou à vélo (pour les plus sportifs) s'offrent dès le pas de la porte franchi. L'accueil est chaleureux.et authentique. On se sent bien, chez soi, immédiatement. Le fleurissement extérieur participe au ravissement. Côté pratique, tout y est, depuis la vaisselle et les équipements ménagers, jusqu'au barbecue pour les soirées en famille ou entre amis.Pour les commerces, il faut descendre au niveau du lac (6 km) pour trouver supermarchés, restaurants et autres commodités. C'est aussi à ce niveau, qu'on croise la véloroute qui fait le tour du lac d'Annecy (40 km au total).Un séjour reposant, réconfortant dans un cadre authentique !

Landelijk appartement

Landelijk gelegen appartement in mooie omgeving. Veel wandelmogelijkheden en het meer van Annecy op 10 min met de auto. Appartement is lekker ruim voor 2 personen. Eigenaar erg vriendelijk. Stille omgeving, geen lawaai.

Un emplacement au calme près des alpages. Idéal pour visiter les alentours en évitant la foule. Merci à Pascal pour son accueil. ( Les champignons, l'eau de vie !!!). Et bienvenue au petit chien Milou qui prend la place du fameux Lucky malheureusement décédé.

Pascal est un hôte exceptionnel. Vous recevez un message avant votre arrivée. Il vous accueille très chaleureusement et a toujours des conseils à vous donner. Le logement est impeccable. L'offre des équipements est hyper complet et Pascal est prêt à acheter le matériel qui vous manquerait. La situation, au milieu des montagnes et dans un petit village typique, est absolument parfaite. Tous les magasins sont accessibles à 10 minutes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Leuk verblijf op een rustige locatie in een bergdorpje

Prima verblijf Pascal sprak geen engels maar deed zijn best om met google translate een gesprek te voeren. Super rustige locatie boven op een berg. Iedere avond als we terug kwamen dan kwam Pascal naar buiten om te informeren hoe onze dag was geweest. Hond Lucky kwam ons ook begroeten.

Annecy, lake, mountains and a wonderful scenery

We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious appartment, situated in the quiet village of Entrevernes, close to Lake Annecy (5 km from the lake shore). The surroundings are excellent for walking and cycling and in the area around the lake a variety of activities are offered (parasailing, ballooning, etc.). The appartment is well equipped, all made sure by the owner Pascal, who is also a very friendly person. Furthermore, we also had the pleasure of being accompanied by his dog Lucky, even on the walks in the area. Definitely worth while staying there again!

Cozy rooms with the best view!

There is not much to say, the rooms were clean and nice, it was in the middle of beautiful mountains, only 15-20 minute drive to annecy center and with an Aldi close to it. Another highlight was “Lucky“ the friendly and lovely dog that was always there. We loved it and we will go there again!
