Home!!! This has been my "home" for some years when I was living in hyper-center Epernay (43m2 ). Now I have moved onto the next phase of life and into an ancient stone house in the suburb. I love food, wine (Burgundy and Champagne), travel, flowers, art and music. I have had much good time spent in this apartment. I love it a lot for the convenience, ambience, and quaintness. Now I am listing it to share my love of this apartment with any Champagne lover "friends". I wish you have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Epernay. Buzz me and share your thoughts of Champagne area and labels with me! :) And if you love wines from Bourgogne as well, be my wino friend! :) Please bear in mind it is a NON-SMOKING property and building as well.

**Convenient-- Steps away from all local commerce (restaurants, retail shops, pharmacies, markets and a farmer's market on Wednesdays and Saturdays). 40 meters (1 minute walk) to one parking garage- Parking des Halles (Rue Gallice). 150 meters (2 minutes walk) to second parking garage- Parking Les Arcades (Rue de l'Arquebuse)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
For long term guests, host Sophie will perform a walk-through in-person inspection before checkout. This allows us to work on repair or touch up jobs for welcoming the next group of guests.
The scheduling of the walk-through inspection will be scheduled with in a couple of days of your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No outdoor shoes inside. Disposal slippers are provided. All amenities are documented. We check our stash list for every stay. No petty theft please.
Clean and tidy up the KITCHEN before your checkout if you have used it. Linens are provided and are dry cleaned by the hostess.
The hostess will take care of the general cleaning— dry clean the linens, vacuum the floor, dust the furniture...etc..
