The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency invites you to come and discover this charming, authentically renovated single-storey house in a former farmhouse, where you can get away from it all and enjoy the natural surroundings of Épervans. Ideal for a getaway for two, the house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small garden outside. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi

The 65 m² single-storey house is composed as follows:

- A living room with a sofa, TV and coffee table.
- Open-plan kitchen with table for two, fridge, hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
- Bathroom: bath, washbasin, hairdryer and towel rail.

Maisonette Champêtre "Idéale maison champêtre 🙂 Une maison champêtre particulièrement agréable dans un lieu calme et entouré d'une belle nature. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Cet endroit champêtre ravira les amateurs de paysages et les férus de promenades à pied, à vélo ou à cheval. Au carrefour de tous les sites prestigieux de cette belle Bourgogne, la maison champêtre est située idéalement. En elle-même, la maison est confortable et offre tout le matériel nécessaire pour vivre sereinement ses vacances. Le chat déambule près des poules qui, elles, ne refusent pas une miche de pain. A proximité, un commerce, un excellent restaurant où l'on déguste des mets succulents et de bons vins. Je recommande cet hébergement dans lequel nous espérons revenir. 🙁 A part un moustique tenace, tout a été apprécié."

Maisonette Champêtre Schönes kleines Häuschen im Grünen. Gastgeber nebenan war auch nett, sprach jedoch kein Englisch. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Zwei keine Makel gab es. Die Räume sind nicht ganz so hell, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Und das Bad hat nur eine Badewanne. Duschen ist etwas schwierig und das ganze Bad wird nass.

Le calme et la verdure. 🙁 Le manque de chauffage, qui aurait pu être mis avant notre arrivée. Nous sommes restés presque deux jours sans chauffage en plein mois de décembre et la mauvaise fois du propriétaire à nous reprocher de ne pas pas l'avoir prévenu plus tôt... Le nécessaire aurait été fait avant notre venue, il n'aurait pas eu à faire intervenir le plombier en urgence... Le terrain, présenté comme clôturé, alors que ce n'est pas le cas!"
