Heating doesn’t work

Stayed for 4 nights and heating stopped working the second night complained about it and they came to check again in night time it stopped working with temperature in minus I had to sleep 3 days without heating.

Le strict minimum dans cet hôtel

Le Parking le soir est blindé, la réservation du petit déjeuner non renseigné, le distributeur automatique non disponibles après 22h déçue, l'empreintes bancaire non renseigné avant la réservation, le lit à étage pas pratique DU TOUT, le personnel n'est pas aimable et les murs sont très fin on entend tout l'hôtel brailler ! La lingère nous réveille pour des serviettes. Pour oas chère certes ont s'attendait au minimum !
