The River House: huge house with hot tub and game room

Bring the whole family to our vacation dream home on the main branch of the Delaware River! This house has eight bedrooms and 13 beds plus some sofa beds tucked in here and there. The basement is an awesome game room with a pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, and plenty of games. The dining table seats 14 - the perfect spot for your friends and family to gather. River access is just a hike down a private path on this 2.8 acre property, where you can fish or launch your tube, kayak, or canoe!

On the main floor of the house, step into the cozy and inviting living room. Just off the living room is the main bedroom suite, featuring both a luxurious king canopy bed and a twin canopy bed. The suite also boasts a private bathroom with a relaxing jacuzzi tub with a view of the river.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the spacious and well-equipped eat-in kitchen. It offers ample counter seating, a small kitchen table, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Beyond the kitchen is the dining room, complete with a massive table that comfortably seats up to 14 guests—ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

Off the dining room are two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and a desk, and another with a cozy full-size bed. A guest bathroom with a tub is located nearby for easy access.

Heading upstairs, you'll find another full bathroom with a shower, along with four charming bedrooms designed to accommodate everyone comfortably:

- The Garden Room: Featuring two queen beds and a desk with a lovely view of the pond, this room is perfect for relaxation or catching up on work.

- The Orange Room: Offers a king bed and a small sofa bed, just the right size for a child.

- The River View Room: A cozy space with a king bed, a twin bed, and a desk overlooking the river—a tranquil retreat.

- The Friend Zone: Ideal for group sleepovers, this room boasts a king bed and two queen beds, making it a fun and versatile space.

Downstairs in the basement, you'll find an exciting game room packed with entertainment for all ages. Challenge your friends and family to a game of billiards, darts, shuffleboard, or ping pong. For the little ones, there's a wide variety of toys to keep them entertained for hours. It's the ultimate hangout space for fun and relaxation.

Step out through the back door, and you'll discover a private hot tub with stunning views of the river—a serene spot to unwind and soak in nature's beauty. Or sit on the front porch and watch the wildlife in the pond.

Other things to note:

We have Starlink high speed internet at the house, however we like to inform guests that cell reception is very spotty, and practically zero at our house. So be sure to turn on “WiFi calling” on your cell phone.

We have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property for everyone’s safety.
