Erdeven, Small holiday home

Located by the sea at the end of a private cul-de-sac, this small house enjoys a soothing calm. With a capacity of 3 people, it offers an enclosed garden and private parking. Kerhilio beach is accessible on foot and a swimming pool is available in the residence.

This accommodation is a discreet and intimate base from which to enjoy the region without constraint.



This small house, situated on the edge of a quiet residential area, consists of a communal room combining the kitchenette, dining area and lounge offering direct access to the private garden. A WC completes this level.

On the upper floor the sleeping area includes a landing with a child's bed, an adult bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The property also includes a lean-to where bicycles can be stored, a small garden with terrace and private parking.

The house is part of a residential complex, access to the communal swimming pool is free (from June to September). The sea is a 15-minute walk away.



It is forbidden to smoke indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.



No internet access.



Leisure:

Beaches, rock pooling, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports all year round (Surfing, Kitesurfing, Land yachting, kayaking...). Numerous possibilities for hiking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths).

The beaches of Kerhilio, Sainte Barbe (10 minutes by car) and its famous waves will delight surfers and kite-surfers. It is the ideal place to learn to surf and progress quickly.

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 15 minutes by car away.



On the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, Erdeven is first and foremost vast beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated in every season.

It is also a region rich in megalithic sites. On foot, take advantage of the numerous hiking trails to discover and wander among the dolmens and tumuli. Discover the megalithic site of Kerzerho and its stone giants or the spectacular dolmen of Crucuno and let yourself be swept away by the mysterious atmosphere of these places!

By bike, using the green way, you can reach Quiberon or Étel.

Going up the Ria d'Etel, do not miss the charming village of Saint-Cado and its famous house with blue shutters.

Close to the towns of Etel, Auray, Plouharnel, Quiberon, Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer and Vannes.



Linen provided as standard. The provision includes sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.
