The independent cottage of 42 m2 with private garden is located on a property of 3000 m2 in a quiet secure electric gate halfway between the town and the beaches of Erdeven classified large dune site of France near the Moulin du Narbon.
( windmill.) The fenced 80 m2 sunny garden faces west, does not have a vis à vis and has a terrace.
The rental consists of;
Living room with dining area and TV lounge, Equipped kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher....
Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower,

2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed with TV, the second bedroom 2 beds of 90 cm

Mandatory cleaning fee from 1 June to 1 September of 55 €

By its location, the house offers you the opportunity to take (on foot or bike) hiking trails giving access to the ocean beaches of Kerhilio or Kerouriec.(supervised July and August by lifeguards. The village of Erdeven and its shops (2 bakeries and their Breton specialties, 1 butcher caterer, the weekly market on Monday evening in season on Thursday morning the Saturday morning .1 super market (intermarché)., Cèperies, restaurants, ... Also, a sailing school based in Kerouriec offers July and August courses and rentals of optimists, catamarans, dinghies and windsurfing.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison bien située et au calme sans vis à vis. Grand Intermarché à moins de 10 mn en voiture. Très belles plages à proximité et de belles balades à faire. La presqu'ile de Quiberon est magnifique avec sa cote sauvage. La maison est fonctionnelle et il ne manque rien. Wunderbare Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, die auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnen; ruhige Lage ca. 1,3km vom herrlichen Sandstrand von Kerhilio entfernt, sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl im Haus als auch im Gartenbereich. Obwohl das Wetter etwas unbestetig war, haben wir unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux. Exposition et cadre parfait. Seul problème: le nettoyage de (45 euros (imposé) est a revoir. Le four et le micro-ondes ont été reloué sans avoir été nettoyé.Donc nous n'avons pas voulu nous en servir. Souhaitons au moins avoir un retour de ces désagréments.

La location est idéalement située entre le centre d'Erdeven et l'océan. Elle est très calme et reposante. Les propriétaires bien que se trouvant à côté sont très discret mais présent au cas ou. Nous sommes très ravis de notre séjour.

Trés bon accueil. Location très propre et super fonctionnelle. Tout y est pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison. (Bouilloire, cafetière avec des filtres à disposition, papier WC, produit vaisselle, pastille pour le lave vaisselle et même la raclette pour la douche). Trés bonne adresse que je conseille vivement.
