Good location but

Whilst the house is modern and in a quiet location would not recommend for English visitors as listing is not accurate. You will have to bring your own bedlinen, (including French square pillow cases), towels and tea towels. The barbecue was rusty and had not been cleaned. We have stayed in self catering accomodation in France for over 30 years and this was one of the least pleasant experiences we have had.

Great modern house, good location.

Everything about this house is great, just as described. Fabulous location, near to good beaches, 5 minutes walk to fetch bread in the mornings. Just a note, sound travels easily around the house, it's a bit echoey - small children disturbed grandparents in the night and vica versa. 😄

Merveilleux séjour à Erdeven dans cette jolie maison très agréable à la hauteur de nos espérances située dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre ville et à quelques kilomètres de la plage. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Location à conseiller

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht genau der Darstellung auf den Fotos in der Anzeige. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und auch die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Bernhard und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es jedoch für die Transparenz bei den Zusatzkosten. Bei der Buchung war nicht klar ersichtlich, welche Leistungen im Preis enthalten sind und welche nicht. Kurz vor der Reise stellten wir fest, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher und die Endreinigung zusätzlich berechnet werden. Für drei Garnituren Bettwäsche und Handtücher für vier Personen fielen 75 Euro an, die Endreinigung wurde mit 120 Euro berechnet. Diese Preise erscheinen uns deutlich zu hoch, zumal sich damit der Gesamtpreis für eine Woche um etwa 20% erhöhte. Hier würden wir uns eine klare und vollständige Information bereits vor der Buchung wünschen.

Les photos sont plus que fidèles à la réalité.Le petit plus et qui a fait vraiment toute la différence c'est que nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui avaient pris soin de nous réserver une délicate attention. Schönes, top gepflegtes großes Haus mit Garten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, nach schlechten Erfahrungen im Vorjahr mit Interhome haben wir ein super tolles gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden. Fe-Wo direkt hat eben die besseren Objekte. Die Küche war picobello, alle Ausstattung reichlich vorhanden, Geschirr, Gläser usw. Wir wurden gründlich eingewiesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Bernard und Familie.

Rustig en heel mooie accommodatie op goede locatie

Ruime woning met tuin en garage, en van alle gemakken voorzien.Adviezen: - een wasmand zou een goede aanvulling zijn, evenals een dienblad; - het wasrek is zeer onhandig en is aan vervanging toe;- de bedden kraken erg en de matrassen dienen ook verbeterd te worden.- een paar handdoeken extra zou fijn zijn.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très reposante dans cette belle maison bien équipée, fonctionnelle, au calme dans une impasse. Maison grande et fonctionnelle tres bien equipee. Proche des restaurants et commerce on peut tout faire a pied. Les plages sont magnifiques et 3 km environ. Nous avons pu visiter le golfe du Morbihan ainsi que Lorient tout est a environ 30 minutes. Tres belle region

Vacances Juillet 2023 à Erdeven

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses dans la maison de Karine et Bernard. La maison moderne et calme avec de belles douches du sol au plafond etait très pratique et confortable pour notre fille en fauteuil roulant. Karine et Bernard ont été très gentils et arrangeants. La seule chose que nos filles ont regretté, c'est qu'il n'y avait que des chaînes de télévision françaises. Difficile pour nous étrangers. Si nous voulons revenir à Erdeven, cette maison serait certainement notre premier choix. Roswitha et Martin avec Jennifer et Nicole

Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit wären hilfreich

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Nähe zum schönen, feinsandigen Strand. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckentsprechend. Obwohl das Haus relativ neu ist, sieht man an einigen Stellen, dass sich niemand wirklich drum kümmert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Das was für uns sehr ärgerlich war, war der Zustand der Haushaltsgeräte. Dreck vom Vormieter in der Spülmaschine, die Kaffeemaschine völlig verdreckt, die Waschmaschine nicht nutzbar, da voller schwarzer Schlieren. Das war echt eklig. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht in der Nähe, fühlte sich auch nicht verantwortlich dem unsauberen Zustand abzuhelfen. Wir sollten halt in den Waschsalon gehen. Eine Maschine die Woche würden sie uns dann bezahlen. Sehr unschönes Telefonat mit dem Vermieterehepaar. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Region war schön, das Haus würden wir nicht mehr mieten. Auch nach Verlassen des Hauses hat sich der Vermieter nicht mehr erkundigt, wie wir das Waschmaschinenproblem gelöst haben.

Toller Urlaub!

Haus und Lage sind perfekt um den Süden der Bretagne zu erkunden. Auch Radfahrer kommen voll auf ihre Kosten.... Immer wieder gerne!
